Returns and refunds:

We strive to deliver freshly roasted, delicious coffee to your doorstep! If for any reason you receive coffee that you feel doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact casey@reverentcoffee.com within 15 days of receiving the coffee to discuss a refund or exchange. While we can’t refund simply for a coffee not meeting your taste preferences, we strive to make you happy and will surely come up with a solution!

cANCELLATION:

Orders may be canceled for any reason prior to fulfillment (typically within 24 hours). Please reach out to casey@reverentcoffee.com if you need to cancel an order or subscription! We will take care of it! Subscriptions may be canceled at any time via your own account. Please contact us if you need help!

SHIPPING and delivery policy:

We aim to ship orders placed Monday-Friday within 24 hours of the order being placed. While we do ship on Saturdays, orders placed on these days will most likely be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed over holidays may have 1-2 day delays. Orders typically are received within 2-3 days of shipment.
