This single farm micro-lot comes from Takele Mammo Denbi on his 8 hectare farm in Konga. Denbi has been a well-known figure in the Yirgacheffe community, as he was previously the Managing Director of the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union for many years.

This coffee is produced by the Cooperative of Toraja Coffee Growers and comes from the South Sulawesi province. It is produced at elevations up to 2000 MASL—some of the highest elevations in Indonesia. This coffee is wet hulled and dried in a unique Indonesian process called Giling Balash. It is truly a special coffee and we are proud to offer it!

This coffee comes from the Alajuela region of Costa Rica and is grown by Coopepalmares. This coop, comprised of many small farmers, uses a state-of-the-art processing facility to achieve consistent quality and environmental management.
